The video which has gone viral on social media revealed the lady walking and the short man runs to slap her butts and took to his heels.
This comes after the lady who was seen in a skimpy pink dress and her huge backside caught the attention of people around and they could be heard murmuring about her.
Just after the guy who touched her butt fled, the lady livid with anger invoked the wrath of God on him.
